Personal data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Recipients of the data

The data collected is intended solely for HG Immo. It is neither sold, nor assigned, nor passed to unauthorised third parties.

Hosting and security

Data is hosted in the European Union, with the following processors:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting of the site’s pages. A US company certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Supabase — database and messages sent from the forms. Hosted in Ireland.
• Google Workspace — delivery of messages to the agency’s mailbox.

HG Immo implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data: encrypted exchanges, access restricted to the sole person responsible for the agency, and regular backups.

User rights

In accordance with the regulations, every user has the following rights:

• right of access;
• right of rectification;
• right of erasure;
• right to object;
• right to restriction of processing;
• right to data portability.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site uses two categories of tracker, and they do not follow the same rules.

Trackers requiring your consent. Google Analytics and Google Ads, loaded by Google Tag Manager, set cookies that make it possible to recognise you from one visit to the next and to link an enquiry to an advertising campaign. Nothing is loaded until you have clicked “Accept” on the banner shown on your first visit: if you decline, none of these tools runs.

Cookieless audience measurement. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without setting any cookie. You are identified there by a code derived from your request, erased after twenty-four hours, which makes it impossible to recognise you the next day or to follow you to another site. The data is aggregated and serves this site alone. On that basis, this measurement is exempt from consent — you may nonetheless opt out of it.
